Positive growth in middle-income earners across the country, suggesting a greater capacity to enter the property market.
Most renters prefer apartments; a big changes compared to the previous year.
High-demand locations and suburbs are relatively unchanged from the previous year.
One major obstacle to purchasing property is perceived affordability, with high set houses accounting for most of the demand.
