Papua New Guinea’s largest technical college was considerably expanded and upgraded through its new hospitality training centre, classrooms and dormitories. Rhodes designed, engineered and supplied the steel-framed modular building systems then provided all of the necessary technical support and quality assurance for the construction company during assembly.
