Better staff housing at new Koki Housing Estate
Rhodes has delivered another quality gated residential development, this time for PNG’s largest superannuation company Nambawan Super. The Koki Housing Estate provides high quality and yet affordable staff housing for Nambawan’s staff, located in Koki, Port Moresby.
Rhodes designed, manufactured, delivered and built 22 houses and is quoting on similar projects throughout PNG for other companies who realise that great staff deserve better housing. Employer-provided housing has become a key strategy to attracting and retaining staff in PNG especially at the managerial level.
